Artisanal Quality Return Standards
Each Yameira masterpiece is inspected under white-light atelier setups before dispatch. We accept returns strictly on non-customized garments under specific conditions.
1. Non-Returnable Custom & Bridal Collections
Given the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship, certain collections are excluded from return or exchange:
- Bespoke Fittings: Any lehenga, saree, or blouse custom-tailored to size profiles submitted by the patron is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Altered Pieces: Items containing alterations made by external tailors or customized at the patron's request prior to dispatch are final sale.
2. Return Criteria for Standard Sizes
For standard off-the-rack sizes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following rules:
- Garments must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Security loops, price tags, and loom certifications must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original secure wrap box and cotton muslin bags.
3. Exchange & Return Process
To request a return or size exchange for a qualifying standard-sized item:
- Email our digital concierge desk at concierge@yameira-elegance.com with your order number.
- Once approved, you will receive a secure shipping label.
- Pack the garment carefully to avoid folding wrinkles on heavy gold threads or zardozi embellishments.
- Upon arrival at our atelier, the piece undergoes an quality control assessment. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Faulty Deliveries
In the highly unlikely event that a garment arrives damaged or flawed, contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a courier pickup and expedite a replacement drape on high priority.
Yameira holds the final decision on return approvals based on product inspection outcomes.
