1. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Yameira specializes in handcrafted luxury drapes and silhouettes. In ordering custom pieces (such as bespoke tailored bridal lehengas or blouses):

• Measurement Accuracy: The client is responsible for supplying accurate measurements. Sizing templates are provided, and digital concierge sessions are available to guide the process.
• Crafting Duration: Bespoke designs require substantial handmade labor from our Indian artisans. Completion times range from 10 to 21 business days, in addition to shipping windows.
• Fabric Integrity: Since each garment is dyed and hand-loomed, slight variations in weave density, silk sheen, and embroidery patterns are expected signs of artisanal craftsmanship, not defects.

2. Sizing Profiles & Account Policy

When you register an account with us, you represent that the information supplied is current and accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and sizing profiles. Sizing updates should be finalized prior to ordering to prevent mismatch in production queueing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the Yameira site—including images, illustrations, branding, logo vectors, text, code, and fabric design layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Yameira. Copying or reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Order Verification & Cancellations

Due to the custom-made nature of our couture pieces, order cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once the fabric has entered the cutting or loom staging phase at our atelier, cancellations are no longer accepted.
